We carefully curate and edit only the strongest images and video footage from your day to ensure a cohesive, high-quality final gallery and film.
If there’s anything you feel might have been missed, you’re always welcome to let us know—we’re happy to check for it.
While we don’t typically deliver RAW files, both RAW photos and RAW video footage are available to purchase separately for a set fee.
The editing of both the images and video takes up to eight weeks. However if your wedding is between July and September, the delivery time could be unto 12 weeks after your wedding. If you have ordered an album the layout will take approximately 7 working days and the printing up to three to four weeks.
We don’t charge any travel fees for weddings within the UK, and we don’t require accommodation for venues within three hours of Bibury.
For weddings or shoots in London, we do apply a £70 fee to cover congestion charges and parking.
For international weddings, we kindly ask that flights be arranged, along with one room of accommodation for at least two nights.
We will send you a quotation. Once you accept it, sign the contract, and pay the non-refundable deposit, your wedding date will be secured. No date is confirmed until the full deposit has been received.
Payments are done in a 30/70 split. A 30% non-refundable deposit will secure your wedding date. The final 70% is payable fourteen days before the wedding.
Once your deposit has been paid, your wedding date is secured on our calendar and is no longer available to other couples.
If your wedding is cancelled, we’re happy to refund your deposit if we can secure another booking for your original date. If we’re unable to rebook the date, we wouldn’t be able to refund the deposit.
If you need to change your date and the new date is available to us, we’re always happy to move your booking.
You are welcome to add or swap items like the engagement shoot, post-shoot. Additional hours and albums can also be added at any time.
Your Cinematic Highlight clip will feature a 4-6 minute video of the best moments from your wedding day. We are super creative on this clip and will add various extracts from the wedding day as a showpiece clip for all to admire.
We have to use licensed music as the clip will be posted on social media and hosted on video hosting websites like YouTube and Vimeo. You are welcome to select music from our library, or leave it to us to choose it.
Your Instagram clip is a short teaser clip with the main highlight clip to follow. The clip is edited to licensed music so we can feature it on Social Media pages.
We keep it to less than 60 seconds so it can be shared on Instagram.
Your extended movie is a more traditional video that follows the flow of your wedding day. It is usually 10-30 min long, but can be longer sometimes. Included will be the Groom getting dressed, the bridal shoot, the ceremony, the couple shoot, the speeches and the dancing.
This will be edited to your preferred songs. This longer clip will be for private use, so you are welcome to send us 5-7 of your favourite songs for the edit. As the music will be unlicensed, we cannot share it on social media.
Yes, we do use discreet sound equipment to capture clear, high-quality audio throughout the day.
We use very small audio recorders, typically placing them on the registrar or person leading the ceremony, as well as on the groom. We then use the groom’s microphone to capture both voices during the ceremony, as we prefer not to place a mic on the bride.
For evening speeches, we also place a recorder on each speaker to ensure clean, usable audio for your final films.
Your images are carefully colour corrected, cropped and retouched. To the standard you will find on this website and our Social Media pages. We prefer to keep images looking natural and don’t edit to the latest trend. Keep in mind your images need to be timeless. A trend will surely pass, and you are stuck with unwanted, over-edited images. We retouch minor blemishes, but we do not perform extreme photo retouching, such as removing objects, warping, or liquefying. Additional photoshopping will be charged per hour of extra editing.
All images (un-watermarked) are delivered via an online gallery. You select your password for your gallery, after which you can share your gallery with friends and family. The images will be available for print and sharing for Six Month. I do suggest you download a copy for safekeeping.
We offer handmade albums with various finishes. A custom layout will be sent to you via your wedding gallery, featuring your selected favourite images. The design takes seven working days after we receive your selection. Once you have approved your album for printing, delivery will take between two and four weeks.
Coverage usually includes getting ready shots of the bride and groom (location permitting), reception area and table setups, accessories, individual portraits of the bride and groom, the ceremony, the bridal entourage, formal family photographs, and most importantly, the couple session after the wedding. We also cover the reception speeches, cake cutting, and the first dance depending on the hours booked.
Although one can understand that there will be a few people with Cell phones at the wedding, please allow us to shoot your couple session undisturbed by other photographers, as they will be distracting to you as you won’t know which camera to focus on. You have hired professionals to capture your day; leave it to us, and the results will speak for themselves.
Yes, and no. You are welcome to use the images privately or publicly and distribute them to as many family members and friends. You are welcome to enter any competition with the images or submit them to magazines for publication. We do, however, request that you inform us when the images will be used on a commercial basis or if you would like to modify the images in any way that they don’t reflect the original image.
