WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?
HOW LONG HAVE YOU BOTH BEEN SHOOTING STILLS AND VIDEO?
We are based in Southam UK but we travel all over the UK and abroad to capture your weddings and elopements.
Chanelle has been shooting for 15+ years.
DO I GET ALL THE IMAGES/VIDEO FOOTAGE TAKEN ON THE DAY?
WHAT IF WE CANCEL OR HAVE TO RESCHEDULE OUR DATE?
If you have already paid the booking fee for your wedding and the date needs to be moved, we will gladly find a date suitable for both of us. However, if your wedding is cancelled, the booking fee will be lost. This is because we have most likely rejected other weddings for this date. If we manage to book your original date with another wedding, we will transfer the booking fee to your new date as a gesture of goodwill. We strongly advise all of our couples to take out wedding insurance. Cancellations are sometimes a reality, and you have spent a lot for this day, so cover yourselves.
Only the best images / video footage gets edited and delivered. You are welcome to request anything that we may have missed. Should you require all the RAW footage, we can discuss a price that will be agreeable for both parties.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO EDIT THE IMAGES AND VIDEO?
DO YOU CHARGE FOR TRAVEL AND DO YOU NEED ACCOMMODATION?
The editing of both the images and video takes up to eight weeks. However if your wedding is between July and September, the delivery time could be unto 12 weeks after your wedding. If you have ordered an album the layout will take approximately 7 working days and the printing up to three to four weeks.
We charge 45p for weddings further than 150 Miles from Leamington Spa. Should you need us to stay after 23:00 we will request to sleep over.
HOW DO I SECURE A BOOKING FOR MY WEDDING DATE?
WHAT IS THE PAYMENT STRUCTURE?
We will send you a quotation, once you accept it, agreed to the contract and pay the non-refundable deposit, your wedding date will be secured. No date is confirmed until the full deposit has been received.
Payments are done in a 30/70 split. A 30% non-refundable deposit will secure your wedding date. The final 70% is payable 14 days before the wedding.
IS THE DEPOSIT REFUNDABLE?
CAN I MAKE CHANGES OR ADD ADDITIONAL ITEMS TO THE PACKAGES?
Unfortunately, once you have paid the deposit, your wedding date is confirmed. Thus we do not offer this date to any other clients. If you have to change the date and the new date is available on our side, we will gladly move your wedding to the updated date. If the date is already taken we will offer a couple shoot and printed products to the value of your deposit.
You are welcome to add or swap items like the engagement shoot, post-shoot. Additional hours and albums can also be added at any time.

DO YOU EDIT OUR IMAGES?
HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY IMAGES?
Your images are carefully colour corrected, cropped and retouched. To the standard you will find on this website and our Social Media pages.
We prefer to keep images looking natural and don’t edit to the latest trend. Keep in mind your images need to be timeless. A trend will surely pass, and you are stuck with unwanted over-edited images.
We retouch minor blemishes, but we do not do extreme photoshopping such as: removing objects, warping and liquefying etc. Additional photoshopping will be charged per hour of extra editing.
All images (un-watermarked) are delivered via an online gallery. You select your password for your gallery, after which you can share your gallery with friends and family. The images will be available for print and sharing for Six Month. I do suggest you download a copy for safekeeping.
DO YOU OFFER WEDDING ALBUMS?
WHAT DO YOU COVER ON THE WEDDING DAY?
We offer handmade albums with various finishes. A custom layout will be sent with your selected favourite images via your wedding gallery.
The design takes seven days after we receive your selection. Once you have approved your album for printing, delivery will take between two and four weeks.
Coverage usually includes getting ready shots of the bride and groom (location permitting), reception area and table setups, accessories, individual portraits of the bride and groom, the ceremony, the bridal entourage, formal family photographs, and most importantly, the couple session after the wedding. We also cover the reception speeches, cake cutting, and the first dance depending on the hours booked.
CAN SOMEONE TAG ALONG FOR THE COUPLE SHOOT?
DO I OWN THE COPYRIGHT ON THE IMAGES?
Although one can understand that there will be a few people with Cell phones at the wedding, please allow us to shoot your couple session undisturbed by other photographers, as they will be distracting to you as you won’t know which camera to focus on. You have hired professionals to capture your day; leave it to us, and the results will speak for themselves.
Yes, and no. You are welcome to use the images privately or publicly and distribute them to as many family members and friends. You are welcome to enter any competition with the images or submit them to magazines for publication. We do, however, request that you inform us when the images will be used on a commercial basis or if you would like to modify the images in any way that they don’t reflect the original image.
The Wedding Film
WHAT IS FEATURED IN THE CINEMATIC HIGHLIGHTS CLIP.
WHAT IS A ONE MINUTE INSTAGRAM CLIP.
Your Cinematic Highlight clip will feature a 4-6 minute video of the best moments from your wedding day. We are super creative on this clip and will add various extracts from the wedding day as a showpiece clip for all to admire.
We have to use licensed music as the clip will be posted on social media and hosted on video hosting websites like YouTube and Vimeo. You are welcome to select music from our music library, or you can leave us to choose the music.
Your one-minute Instagram clip is a short teaser clip with the main highlight clip to follow. The clip is edited to licensed music so we can feature it on Social Media pages.
We keep it to 60-seconds so it can be shared on Instagram. The one-minute clip will be ready seven working days after your wedding.
EXTENDED MOVIE.
DO WE GET THE FULL CEREMONY & SPEECHES.
Your extended movie is a more traditional video that follows the flow of your wedding day. It is usually 10-12 min long but can be longer sometimes. Included will be the Groom getting dressed, the bridal shoot, ceremony, couple shoot, speeches and dancing.
This will be edited to your prefered songs. The movie will be for private use, so you are welcome to send us 5-7 of your favourite songs for the edit. As the music will be unlicensed, we cannot share it on social media.
Yes. We provide a multi-cam recording if your package includes these items. We have a two-camera setup for all formalities, so we don’t miss a tear or a smile.
DO YOU USE SOUND EQUIPMENT?
We use professional recorders at your ceremony and reception to ensure the best sound quality possible. We use multiple sound sources to ensure we have a backup soundtrack should there be failures on the day.
